About this content
The objective of this article is to present the Arduino Robotics workshop, which aims to disseminate robotics to high school students in the Public Education Network of the city of Imperatriz, providing them with basic components such as microcontrollers, motors, circuits, sensors and some 3D parts, as well as demystifying and bringing them closer to the activities developed by professionals in the computing area. It also seeks to disseminate the importance of female participation in stem (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) areas. As a result, a great success was found among the students, especially in terms of motivation with their studies and to enter higher education courses in the area of exact sciences.
