About this content
This study investigates the application of personalized instruction in the programming activities of the Meninas STEAM and the Public Prosecutor's Office in Schools project, along with its impacts. The methodology involved an initial diagnostic of participants through Google Forms and interactive dynamics, as well as the implementation of expository and hands-on activities, including strategies such as collaborative challenges and competitive gamification. The results show that personalized teaching, combined with connecting to each student's individual interests and a tutoring team proportionally sized to the class, fosters engagement and learning — highlighting the relevance of adaptive approaches to programming education.
